as the people of the God of Abraham.
For ^bthe shields of the earth belong to God;
he is highly exalted!

9 So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God,

10 ^cOnce you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
